#Gratefulheart Scholarship Contest

Middle & High School students in Broward County are invited to show their #GratefulHeart this holiday season by helping kids with special needs!

To participate, students are asked to fundraise for CDTC on social media. The dollars they raise will help provide medical and dental care in CDTC’s Primary Care Center and Pediatric Dental Clinic for those families who are uninsured or whose insurance is not enough.

Where:

Fundraising can be done on Facebook and Instagram (see instructions below)  or donations can be collected offline using our donation form. 

When:

To be counted, gifts must be made between the day of our Thanksgiving Basket Brigade on November 24th through Giving Tuesday on December 3rd.

All offline gifts collected must be received in hand by CDTC no later than 5pm on Tuesday, December 3rd.

Prizes

Top fundraiser will receive $1000 scholarship*

Runner up will receive a $500 scholarship*

*Top winner must raise a minimum of $250 to receive full prize. 

How to Enter

Students must enter to win using the online form provided below.

Entries must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of CDTC.

Instagram Instructions

After you’ve registered to fundraise above

  1. Create an Instagram Story
  2. Include #cdtcGratefulHeart in your story
  3. Add a donation sticker to your story and select childrensdiagnostic as your nonprofit
  4. Don’t forget to ask viewers to make a donation in your story!

Facebook Instructions:

After you’ve registered to fundraise above

  1. Go to CDTC’s Facebook Page. 
  2. Select Create a Fundraiser under the cover image.
  3. Set your goal
  4. Set December 3, 2019 as your end date.
  5. Use #cdtcGratefulHeart in your fundraiser title
  6. Write why you are fundraising for our kids
  7. Invite your friends & family to give. Ask them to invite their friends….
